Community Health of East Tennessee, Inc. is a local agency providing health, education, social and community services for Campbell and surrounding counties. For many people our services are "hope" for getting help where there has been despair.
January is Thyroid Awareness Month. The thyroid is a gland in the neck that generates chemicals to help regulate the body’s metabolism. The thyroid impacts every cell in the body.
