Community Health of East Tennessee, Inc. is a local agency providing health, education, social and community services for Campbell and surrounding counties. For many people our services are "hope" for getting help where there has been despair.
Five key warning signs of depression and suicide include talking about feeling hopeless or trapped, withdrawing from friends and family, losing interest in favorite activities, changes in sleep or eating habits, and directly or indirectly talking about wanting to die or feeling like a burden
