Formerly REACHS, Community Health of East Tennessee has been serving our local community since 1980.  Throughout that time, our programs and services have grown tremendously.  As part of our mission, we strive to improve lives using diversified leadership through quality services, a skilled and caring workforce, and through these innovative programs.
